September 14th, 2013 Forecast
After some stormy weather yesterday, today has been tranquil, sans for some breezy conditions. These conditions will continue into this evening with mostly clear skies and cooler conditions. Lows tonight will drop into the upper 40's to the north and west and in the lower 50's both here in the city and to the south and east. Winds will remain breezy from the northwest at 5 to 15 mph. Tomorrow, another sunny and pleasant day on tap with highs in the upper 60's to lower 70's. Winds will continue out of the northwest at 5 to 10 mph.
Temperatures will climb on Sunday into the upper 70's but still a very nice end to the weekend. By nightfall, there is a slight chance of showers late. The chance of showers will continue into Monday, but only for the first portion of the day, skies will remain partly cloudy with highs in the mid-70's and lows in the lower 50's. By Tuesday, any shower activity will be long gone and we're left with brilliant sunshine with a few clouds and highs in the lower 70's. By Wednesday and Thursday, we'll be seeing mostly sunny skies but with temperatures rising into the mid-70's on Wednesday and into the upper 70's by Thursday. Next Friday we'll be back up near the 80-degree mark under partly cloudy skies.
