A Step Closer To Normal On Temperatures

A reinforcing shot of cool air will push towards us with another cool front that moves through tonight. Clouds will increase late in the day after a generally sunny start. In fact most of the daylight hours will be sunny with very little cloud cover in place.

Breezes will be similar to yesterday although a bit more southwest than the past couple of days. The resulting southwest breeze will help temperatures moderate a few degrees above yesterday's 55 degree high in Philadelphia.  We're projecting highs in the mid and upper 50's through the region this afternoon -- it's still several degrees below average for this time of the year but we will be a bit less cool than yesterday.

Tonight's front passes through the region dry, with just the swath of clouds and breeze accompanying it as it moves through.
