Cooler, Breezy Day Ahead

A chilled airmass worked into the region yesterday and we'll continue to feel its effects today. Temperatures are starting in the 30's and low 40's in the region, with some of us scraping frost from some windows in some locations out there! It'll be a chilled day today as skies vary from mostly sunny to a cloud/sun mix. On the whole, we probably see a bit more sun than clouds overall (especially in the morning).

Yesterday's high topped out at 59 in Philadelphia -- we probably don't get there today so it will be the coldest day yet this Fall.  With west and northwest breezes at 12 to 18 miles per hour, it will feel a good bit cooler out there throughout the Delaware Valley.

Highs today probably get into the mid 50's in the city, lower 50's in the Lehigh Valley, 40's in the Poconos. Lows tonight will probably be three to five degrees colder for many of us.
