October 14th, 2013 Forecast

Look for a mix of clouds and stars tonight with winds diminishing after sunset.  It will turn cooler overnight with lows dropping into the mid 40s in the suburbs and into the low 50s in Philadelphia.

Monday (Columbus Day) will feature a mix of sun and clouds, and we'll finally escape those gusty breezes.  Overall, it will be a very nice day with high temperatures near 70 degrees in most locations.

Tuesday will be another pleasant day.  We'll introduce the chance for a shower or thunderstorm into the forecast as a cold front approaches the region on Wednesday and Thursday.  A cooler, but seasonable, airmass will take over behind that front and the remainder of the week will be dry and in the 60s.  Our next chance of rain arrives on Sunday, along with a reinforcing shot of cool air.
