October 18th, 2013 Forecast
After a couple of nice days, we'll start to see some showers filter into the area from the west. Of the scattered variety, we'll see these showers move in later this evening and move out in the early morning hours. A few showers could stick around for the morning rush tomorrow, especially along the coast. Lows tonight will range from the lower 50's towards the north and west, to the mid-50's both near the metro and to the south and east. Winds will start out out of the south and shift to the west sometime after midnight. Wind speeds will be 5 to 15 mph. Tomorrow, aside from some early morning clouds, we'll be seeing lots of clearing and mostly sunny skies. Highs tomorrow will rise into the mid- to upper 60's. Winds will remain out of the west at 5 to 15 mph.
The weather this weekend looks almost perfect, except for a minor hitch. For Saturday, highs will get up near or to the 70-degree mark with partly cloudy skies. There is a chance of some isolated showers on Saturday afternoon, but these aren't anything to cancel your outdoor plans over. Lows Saturday into Sunday will drop into the upper 40's. For Sunday, another partly sunny day but much cooler, with highs only getting into the mid-60's and downright chilly for lows, where we'll drop into the lower 40's.
Back for the workweek, Monday will be mostly sunny with highs in the lower 60's. For Tuesday, temperatures pop back up into the upper 60's with more brilliant sunshine. By Wednesday, we will once again see temperatures drop suddenly, this time with highs only getting into the upper 50's but under mostly sunny skies. Thursday is another cool one, with upper 50's for highs and partly to mostly sunny skies.
