October 3rd, 2013 Forecast

Tonight will be another great night to leave the windows open for sleeping.  Temperatures will be very mild, but comfortable, overnight with lows ranging from the mid 50s to the low 60s.  Most of the night will be clear, but some high clouds will roll in late tonight.

Thursday will feature sun mixed with mid- and high-level clouds, so it may appear a bit filtered at times.  Despite a few extra clouds around, high temperatures should still manage to reach 80 degrees in Philadelphia.  The cool spot will end up being the Shore due to a breeze off of the ocean.

Low to mid 80s will be common Friday through Sunday with sun and clouds mixed.  Our next rain threat won't come until late Monday into Tuesday with a cold front, perhaps being enhanced by tropical moisture moving up from the south.  Even behind the front, there really isn't any cooler air, so temperatures will remain warm for this time of year through most of next week.
