Showery Saturday Night

A crisp and cool start to the day will give way to increasing clouds as the day progresses. A cool front is approaching from the west and will cross the region later in the day, with showers spreading in from the west as we approach the end of the day. As the NAM model shows above, showers could approach or move into the region by the time we reach dinner, with a showery Saturday night ahead.

Temperatures will reach similar levels to what we had yesterday -- mid, perhaps upper, 60's throughout the region. Winds will be light, nudging south from 6-12 miles per hour.

Saturday night will be damp in spots with showers passing through -- it should not be a significant rain event but showers will be likely in a chunk of the region as this front moves through.
