Sun, a few clouds and a light breeze

Clear skies and calm winds have helped to really drop temperatures for rural areas this morning.  As of 7am, temperatures are at or below freezing for many areas in Delaware, interior NJ and Eastern PA.  But the city is much warmer in the upper 30's.

A cold front across the Great Lakes to New England will push through the area later today and this evening.  With High Pressure offshore, winds will be out of the southwest ahead of the front and temps will be slightly warmer than yesterday.  Some high clouds will develop out ahead of the front, but for the most part, we'll a mostly sunny day.

Highs today will reach the upper 50's north to lower 60's elsewhere (the city should break 60 at some point before 5 PM). The cold front will move through northern areas by late afternoon and clear the entire region by late evening.
