The cooler air will continue to work its way into our area tonight on a west-northwest breeze. Mostly clear skies will allow temperatures to drop into the 35 to 40 degree range overnight.
Tuesday will be bright, but breezy and cooler than today as highs struggle to reach 50 degrees. Northwest winds at 10 to 20 mph will make it feel like the low 40s during the "warmest" time of the day.
We won't get out of the 40s on Wednesday, but temperatures will turn milder again for the second half of the work/school week. As of now, it looks like a cold front will approach by Friday night, bringing with it a round of showers that could last into Saturday. Sunday and Monday will end up much colder with a bitter wind.
